Savvas Inaugural Literacy Fellowship

Impact the future of literacy education.

We’re excited to announce the Savvas Inaugural Literacy Fellowship for 2023-2024. This exclusive program from Savvas Learning Company invites high-performing classroom teachers to work closely with Savvas literacy specialists, product developers, researchers, and fellow educators in pursuit of innovative literacy solutions.

Science of Reading in the K-5 Classroom

The Savvas Inaugural Literacy Fellowship kicks off with the Science of Reading Summit: The Voice of the Literacy Teacher, June 26-30, at the Savvas Collaboration Center just outside of Chicago.

Bethlam Forsa

“I believe that the voice of the teacher is critical to the development of curriculum and learning technologies. The Savvas Fellowship Program is yet another opportunity to infuse educator experience and classroom realities into our learning solutions. I am looking forward to personally welcoming the inaugural literacy fellowship class as they partner with Savvas and broadly share their knowledge and experiences with our educator community.”

Bethlam Forsa
Chief Executive Officer

We want teachers’ voices to be heard.

At Savvas, we believe teachers and students are at the center of everything we do. The Savvas Inaugural Literacy Fellowship is an opportunity to join a small cadre of 10 highly experienced elementary teachers who love teaching reading and care deeply about the future of literacy instruction. As a Savvas Literacy Fellow, you will have a voice in decisions that will impact Savvas product development and early literacy instruction.
