Fair Student Funding (FSF) covers instructional needs and is allocated to each school based on the number and need attributes of students at the school, adjusted for the school’s funding percentage. All money allocated through FSF can be used at the principals’ discretion.

Addressing the Academic Impact of Lost Instructional Time
The American Rescue Plan (ARP) requires that your district uses at least 20% of its ARP ESSER (also called ESSER-III) funds to address the academic impact of lost instructional time through the implementation of evidence-based interventions.
